Local Food Tour RSVP Form
The Local Food Tours are opportunities to discover local businesses who can provide you with new options for feeding guests at your next meeting or event on campus. Some of our vendors can even host off-campus events. All participants will enjoy free lunch made up of food samples from locally owned businesses surrounding campus.
Two tours are currently available, and will begin at 12 p.m. in the dining area of the Health Sciences and Human Services Library. We don't want you to miss the shuttle, so we're looking forward to seeing you promptly at the event's start time. The dates and participating restaurants for each tour are listed below:
(9/21/18) Fine Food Tour:
Culinary Architecture & Zest Tea
(9/28/18) A Taste of Southwest:
Breaking Bread, Zella's Pizza, Cafe Jovial, Primo Chicken, and Suspended Brewing Company
Most of the vendors also have dine-in or carryout options, so you'll get to discover new places within walking distance of campus to visit during your lunch break. Are you excited to attend a FREE local food tour sponsored by the Office of Community Engagement? Sign up for one or more of the tours below!
